I followed the instructions in Help for setting up a playgroup - then I set up 3 test (smart)lists under that group.  I expected them to play one after the other.  They didn't play altogether, nor were they listed under the playgroup name when downloaded.

What am I doing (thinking) wrong?

I don't know what you mean about them not being listed when downloaded, but it looks like there's a problem.  I created a playlist group and added 2 smartlists.  Selecting the group doesn't play anything - if you add an empty playlist (not a smartlist) to the start of the group it plays fine.

You're saying to create a Playlist group, then place an empty playlist at the top, followed by non-smart playlists? And the result is playlists that will follow each other without interruption until the last in the group is finished.  Right?

Not quite  -  create a Playlist group, then place an empty playlist at the top, followed by smart playlists.

Good.  I used smartlists originally, so it seems that the empty list at the top is what will make the difference.  Will try this out on Monday.  Thanks for your help.
