How do I initialize registration?

Ran the 30 Days out on my Media Jukebox tried to upgrade card went thru registration failed. Deleted Media Jukebox Loaded Media Center (for 2 hours) Now i get "Failed to initialize Registration control".

re-boot, re-install

Also don't use the poll option in the forum unless you are creating a poll.
