How to start plug-ins?
« on: May 21, 2004, 07:55:20 am »

I downloaded a few interface plug-ins as well as remote-plug-ins. I can start them from the plug-in manager. But then what  ? How can I find for instance the Find Duplicates plug-in? Or the web-remote plug-in http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/plugins.pl?type=10&start=0&end=10&page=1

Try the "third party..." board here for the duplicates plug-in.

For web remote, try a search here or read old posts.  It starts a web server running and you can connect to it with a browser.  For better support of this function, try MC10 at www.jrmediacenter.com and take a look at NetRemote (find it with a search).

I recomend MC10

it has a very fast dup finder and there has been a few bug fixes\works better due to some changes matt made.

the 3rd party dup finders never worked all that well.
