Someone please help.  My friend, his business, rebuilt my computer with all new processors and increased disks with the understanding that I would add the applications.  I have been using MJB for about three years and am trying to restore it on the computer.  I have two copies of the license code.  I accendently got it from the restore twice.  Now I have looked all over the site to try to find out what I do with these several lines of license code.  When I select restore in the FAQ I cannot get to it.  Is there anyone who might be able to help?  I have been trying for about ten days now.  Thanks so much.

Install Media Jukebox first, then use Internet Exploer to visit the restore page.

I apologize for the lateness.  MJ is downloaded, before I go to the internet, I have two licenses downloaded from previous attempts should I delete these and go to the internet per your instruction?  Thank you.

I understand that, they are not too old yet.  What I don't understand is that they are sitting there, am I supposed to move them into MJ that I downloaded, if so, how?  I don't understand how to get the license code into the MJ that I downloaded.  Thanks, sorry to be such a bother

Just double click on them, they should execute. If they don't, then reinstall media jukebox.

Worked like a champ.  That is what I didn't understand.  There were no instructions on the download on how to get the code into MJ when I got it.

I think I won't forget how to do it now.  Thanks for your help.  Sincerely mn19521

It should happen automatically when you purchase.  There should be no need to do anything else.
