Illegal operation error when trying to rip
« on: July 20, 2003, 04:00:28 pm »

I just purchased Media Jukebox 8.0.399.  My code was successfully imported and now when I attempt to "rip" a CD, I get a "Media Jukebox Illegal operation has occured" and it closes the application.  The details of the error follow:

MEDIA JUKEBOX caused an invalid page fault in
module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:00003077.

What kind of product are you selling??...and how do I get this problem fixed?

It's a good product.

Are you running any other CD software in the background?  If so, try disabling it.

Remember that the error reported is being reported by Microsoft.
