The official responses (as well as the fixes) to version 10 bugs seem to have dropped off quite a bit recently. Is this just a temporary situation? Some of the issues here are still fairly serious -- are they still being actively persued? I understand if this is just temporary, but I hate to think that the version 11 developement is relagating v10 bug fixes to the back burner -- especially after only a few months from the official version 10 release.
I'm not asking for overnight fixes all the time (although you guys have an incredible reputation for doing just this quite often) but there hasn't been a single official response in the v10 bug thread in over a week.
I understand that a software company has to move forward with new products, but this should not hamper active support for it's current projects. Support (which means rapid attention to bugs) is a crucial part of creating software, and makes the difference between a "good" application and a "great" one.
I think MC is a terrific product. Part of this opinion is of course due to features and layout, and in this respect I think that overall MC is clearly superior to anything else out there. Another big part of this opinion, however, has been due to the rapid updates fixing and/or improving various aspects of the program.
What's the status on some of the bugs being reported with version 10, some of which are really not minor?
Thanks,
Larry
