Old license expired. New license n/a
« on: June 30, 2004, 10:22:36 pm »

I am also unable to purchase version 10. And I've been a user for perhaps three years or more. The error that I get, when I click the Buy Button, is "Failed to initiate Media Center purchase". I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success. The original 30-day license for MC has expired, as well. There seems to be no remedy, since I paid $25 some years ago, but I let the 30-day license expire. Any ideas?

There's a FAQ here that may help:
