CDrom Volume labels
« on: July 01, 2004, 04:45:14 pm »

Is media center not supposed to read the volume label of cdrom's and include this as the first part of the filename path  ?

Yes, but it doesn't seem to work all the time.  Not sure why. Bug has been reported before.

I can just confirm this as a persistent BUG.

Although it's perhaps WIndows related as Windows XP does not recognize CDR labels as well.

So bottom end is that it may be OS related...
