Media Control Keys?

Ive got MJ8 and I was wondering if theres any plugin or anything I can use to make it read the media keys even when it doesnt have the focus in WinXp? They work just fine when I lookin at MJ but if its minized and Im doin somethin else I cant use em. Any way to get em to work all the time similar to how WMP does?
