Ripping Errors

I'm a new MediaJukebox user and I am trying to take my CD library and rip them into my home PC in MP3 320 format.  I have downloaded the MP3 encoder but I'm having problems ripping.

I have tried several of my CDs and in each case only a portion of the songs are recognized and they are in the wrong sequence and sometimes repeated.

I'm sure I'm doing something incorrectly, but I don't know what. :)

Did you try Help in the program?

You should be able to select the CD, then find Rip in the tools menu and it should just work.

If it doesn't, please describe exactly what you are doing.
