MC10 Instability
« on: August 02, 2004, 02:01:44 pm »

I purchased MC today and have 2 problems:

1. I am finding it fairly unstable when ripping CD's - it has crashed half a dozen times.  I am running XP Pro on a 2 GHz Pentium 4 with 512 Mb RAM.

2. When I purchased MC it nuked my playlists.  This obviously shouldn't happen.

Any comments/suggestions?

Your playlists shouldn't have disappeared.  Try a search for .jmd files.  Maybe you have library data in two places.

Try rebooting.  Try uninstalling other burning software and then rebooting.
