won't install

I downloaded MJ8 and started the install.  It stopped.  Gave the error message that some error had occured and to look at the message window.  there was no message window.  Anybody have any ideas of what could be wrong?  I shut everything down and tried again twice to no avail. :(

Hi Len,

Could be a corruption in the file during download.
Try to download it again (ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/MediaJukebox8.exe) and re-install.

(If you're familiar with registry editing, you can, prior to re-install the new downloaded file, go to your registry an delete all J River keys from HKCU and HKLM - if there are some left)
