Is MJ EVER going to be improved?

MJ is still being sold but it doesn't even have the newest (months old) monkey's audio format.

Why is J River charging for a product that it isn't even supporting?

I doubt it, they stoped making improvements like 2 years ago, and only fixed some major bugs since.
