license restore..........
« on: November 06, 2002, 05:07:04 am »

11/6/02
I changed the mother board & hard drive in my computer & reinstalled Media Juke Box 8.0.318 from where it was stored originally. It installed fine, works good but I get an error message when I try to restore my license, " we could not find that license". Looking at the registration info it reads Media Jukebox 8.0.318 unregisterd.
What do you think up with all of that.

It's all in the FAQ under Jukebox/Purchase above.

Sir; when I enter the registration code that was email to me this mornning by M J I get an error message. Do you think you could check the number for me. The answer that you are giving me don't seem to be helping. I think I've done that.

1 - You should have a registration code, like ABCDE-FGHIJ-...-ZZZZZ
This was mailed to you, correct?

2 - Go to the restore page (in Media Jukebox: help -> restore license and choose to restore from the internet).

3 - Make sure the browser that started up is Internet Explorer.

4 - Using Copy/Paste, enter the registration code on that page. Do not try to type it in, use the windows copy-n-paste functions.

5 - the license should then install automatically.
