Handheld Plug-in Development
« on: September 06, 2004, 12:59:59 pm »

I'm curious about this, how come there is no (apparent) documentation/SDK for developing handheld plug-ins? Or is this done with an Interface Plug-in (somehow...)

thanks

 ?

nothing huh? is there something I haven't read or become aware of? J River not wanting to expose this functionality?

I don't really care personally, all I want is a way to use MC with my stupid Neuros since they can't even write software that runs with their own device.  The DB code is available in both C# and Java, it's no mystery, I will do it if some from JRiver tells me how to hook MC.

punkbot,

Our handheld plug-in architecture is going through significant changes. Because of that we will not be able to release handheld plug-in SDK for a couple of months. After that we will be more than happy to provide you with the SDK and sample code.

Regards,
Nikolay

Hi,

I want to create a handheld plugin for the Sony NW-E507...  so is there a chance that the SDK will be available soon?
