Start instance of MC 11 from MJAutomation

When i start an instance of MC 10 (10.0.61) from MJAutomation, MC is minimized, it's wonderfull.
When i start an instance of MC 11 (11.0.85) from MJAutomation, MC is not minimized, it's a problem.
Why MC11 is not minimized when it started from MJAutomation ?
I'm a french man, excuse me for my english !!
