image file association for playlist groups
« on: September 23, 2004, 01:21:12 pm »

Can any one advise whether it's possible to associate an image with a playlist group.  I can see it's possible for the playlists themselves but not groups.  The reason for the request is in order that I can use playlist groups to build up a media library then use the theatre view to navigate around the playlists.

For example at a high level I'll have Jazz, Contempory, Classical, then groups within those groups eg Beethoven within classical, then within Beethoven Symphonies, Concertos then with Symphonies playlists for the various symphonies. I'd have a picture of Beethoven then another for the symphonies etc etc

Great product otherwise

Playlists can include images and or audio.

Any playlist can be part of a playlist group.

Yes I understand that , but by default in the theater view and using thumbnails the playlist folder displays all the image files associated to the folder contents. What I want is that the folder thumbnail image to be a single image eg a folder containing Beethoven Playlists to have a image of Beethoven
