As I understand well there is a way to create new fields in Media Center track info. But I can not find the way how to do it?
Can somebody help?

Are you trying to create these new fields, or just adding them to a info template?

If your just trying to add a field:

Tools - Options (Cntrl-O)
Tree and View
Add Library Field

I'm trying to create new fields, not to add a field to an info templete.
I found the possibility mentioned on page http://www.musicex.com/mediacenter/DevZone/Track%20Info.html
Somewhere at the bottom it says:
TrackInfo_Insert(Cool New Field) will result in the whole string being replaced by contents of the user created field called Cool New          Field.

ima just gave you info on how to create a new field into the database. Is this not what you want to do?

I am a little confused at what you want...

If you want to create a "New" Tag in the Database, then follow my directions above.

If you want to add a field to a track info plate (Which is what I think you want, as you posted a dev zone link) then maybe you should post this question to the Third Party Plug-ins, Programs, and Skins board.
