New purchase

I just purchased a license about 20 min ago via the web. I was wondering how long it would take before I got details about the license and so on. I checked with PayPal and they show that the transaction is completed and funds received on your end. I have the transaction # if needed.

Sometimes spam filters cause problems in mail delivery.  It should be almost immediate.

Nope nothing in spam filter. In fact,  I dont even have any filtering turned on in gmail.

The problem is that your transaction had two transaction IDs, and I'd like to understand better how that happened.

Nope nothing. Could I give you a different email address to send it to? Maybe gmail is doing something messed up.

ok the email is sent. The payment was made via paypal, and I included the details of the purchase in the email.
