Wrong version of MP3 Encoder

I downloaded the MP3 Encoder from http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/plugins.pl?type=7&start=0&end=10&page=1
According to the page inforamtion, its version should be 2.0.51.  However, after installation, the configuration show that its version is 2.0.47.

What's the problem?
