Hi all,

recently i came across a very strange phenomenon when tagging files and embedding cover art.

I started up cleaning up my archive with 2.5 gig of free space on my disc (120 gb total size) and even trashed several files. After about 500 songs the free space shrinked to less than 500 mb even though i deleted about 200 songs?

I did empty my recycling bin and only downloaded a few tiny jpg files.

Even after restarting the computer the problem remained.  ?

I use xp pro sp2 on ntfs formatted discs.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions for solving this annoying behaviour.

That did the trick. I completely forgot about that bloody norton bugger
