Hopefully this is an appropriate message for this forum - if not, please don't lynch me, folks.

I'm looking for a simple OEM-able software that will allow individuals to dictate on their own PC, possibly compress the file, and upload to a secure server.  The dictation needs to be password protected on the PC and server.  A trade name that I designate will be used to identify the software.  We are willing to pay license fees to JRiver if necessary and reasonable.
