How to create the Playback Volume Level Playlist?

Before I got to know the program I deleted the Smart Playlist which was in the list by default when I first installed Media Centre.

Does anyone know how to recreate it.

BTW.  It's the smart playlist which keeps the volume level of each song about the same when listenned to on an iPod
