Problems with Creative Zen Touch files
« on: November 26, 2004, 10:48:16 am »

I have transferred files to my new Zen Touch player, but it's a mess because of missing id-tags. Is it possible to have the same map-structure as on my harddisk on the zen touch? That would be much easier..
Many of my ripped albums has no name on the songs (just track01 etc). Now I can't export this albums to the zen, because it seems like all files are in the same folder! (I'm asked to overwrite because the filenames exist..)

How did you transfer the files to the Zen?   If you synced to a playlist, the pc's folder structure should have been duplicated.

I used drag&drop.. Isn't that the best way to transfer files?

larsen2000,

You cannot access your Touch as a disk drive from within Explorer can you? If not then it is not possible to have the same structure as on on your harddisk because we must access the Touch via a plugin.
