Well, its time to load up my Christmas music onto my portable MP3 player and I'm stumped. I have tried everything to get v11.133 to show my Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra as a handheld to no avail. It used to work awhile ago but I haven't syncd in months and now it will not appear. I keep getting the error saying no handheld is available and to check that it's connected, turned on and the right plug-in is installed.
I downloaded the latest Nomad Jukebox plug-in from the website and installed it. I can see the drive using Windows Explorer just fine. Any ideas??
Thanks in advance....Paul
