Purchase failed to initialize

:-[I clicked on "Buy Media Jukebox" from within Help.

Error message = "Failed to initialize Media Jukebox purchase".

I love this program, but I'm about to go back to Music Match.

I don't know what the problem is.  

As a test, try using IE to see if you can get to this address:

https://rover.jriver.com

If so, what do you see?

Could you post your system info here (from the MJ help menu)? It sounds like a problem starting up your web browser.

Success!! I adjusted my settings on Opera to make it my default browser for all protocols. Now it works.
