MC Hangs
« on: December 04, 2004, 04:56:22 pm »

I'm having an issue with the Playing now option. When ever I select the Full Screen Option, MC hangs and I have to Control-Alt-Del to quit the application. I have cover art scanned in at 200dpi and reduced to 50%. Anybody seen this problem?

Thanks

Could you copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here?

It just determined that it only happens in neoTropic mode. Heres my information:

However this may not be the same mode

As I mentioned before in this forum (Nov. 26), I'm also having problems with "Playing now"....

Since I set "Jump on play" to NONE the problems are gone. But whenever I am playing some songs, switching to Playing now immediately "hangs" MC (11.0.133). The music continues most of the time, but sometimes it stops. And always MC is not responding to mouse clicks and keyboard.... CPU load for MC is 98 or 99% at that time. Usually I have to stop MC by deleting the task....

Sorry that I'm not really "technically skilled" enough to give more information. Here's my system info:

I've seen this phenomenon for about 2 months now - don't know exactly in which build it started, but I'm sure I didn't have it before that time frame....
