Need Help Registering MediaCenter 10

I had to wipe a hard disk and reinstall all my programs. MC10 says the key I have has expired. When I enter my email address you guys send me the key for MC9 not MC10.

Can someone assist?

Nope. I have owned my own domain for several years so my email address hasn't changed.

This email, confirming my ownership of MC10, was sent to my current email address. The same one that the restore page continues to send a license for MC9.

I've fixed it for you, but something strange IS going on.

If you could drop me an e-mail (gateley at jriver.com) with all you can remember about your purchase, I'd appreciate it. I'm looking for the steps you did to get through the PayPal process, and how well it worked.  Do you remember if your purchase was close to the time that PayPal had sever problems and was extremely slow for a few days?
