MJ Printing Bug
« on: October 26, 2002, 04:20:19 pm »

>:( When I print out a playlist it prints it in portrait style.
If I hit print properties to change it to landscape it gives me the error message Error in HPRSUIO8.dll and I have to close mj. I like to print out my playlists for cd's in Landscape. Anyone have a solution.

I can print in landscape without a problem.   HPRSUIO8.dll looks like it belongs to an HP print driver.  You might want to try re-installing it.

Can you print in landscape from other apps?

Yes I can print in landscape in other programs. I used to be able to print in landscape in MJ but apparently this version has a bug or conflicts with my hp printer.
After I open print I click on properties it immediatly goes to the error message.

In other words I don't even get to try to change it to landscape, just clicking on properties brings up the error message.

At the point where you're choosing Printer Properties, you're running the HP software.  You might check to see if they have an update.

Will check that out when I get a chance Jim, although MJ is the only application I have that has this problem.
