Between 11.0.148 and 11.0.149, it looks like it was decided to make all of the entries in the Secure Rip Report collapsible/expandable.  Previously, only tracks with re-reads were collapsible, and this had the nice side effect of making it easy to see potential rip quality issues at a glance, in particular after a multi-rip operation.

Goal:
Make it easier to identify ripped tracks requiring re-reads/potential quality issues

Suggestion:
When a track completes with re-reads, hard errors, etc., display that entry in a different color (Secure Rip Report window) or distinct format (saved Secure Rip Report log).
