smartlist wildcards

is it possible to use wildcards in smartlist rules?  i would like to select all the live recordings in my library.  they all have an album format of ##-##-## (for a given date).  can media center search for these albums?

I don't know about the wildcards, but I have a similar setup and I can tell you what I do.

I've created custom fields called STATE, CITY, VENUE and LIVE. The first 3 are pretty self explanatory but with the LIVE catagory I simply type either OFFICIAL or BOOTLEG. This way, if I have a mix and I don't want a poor quality bootleg recording in it, I just exclude it.

To create your own field, go to TOOLS > OPTIONS > TREE & VIEW. Down at the bottom is where you can create your own fields.
