Is this feature still in 11? When I do Ctrl+Alt+3, nothing happens when clicking like it used to..

It's not in the newest builds. 

It wasn't really polished enough for release.  Still, the 3D concept has a lot of interesting possibilities, so we may revisit it sometime.
