TV Tuner/Composite
« on: October 27, 2002, 07:16:47 am »

The TV starts fine, but from what I've seen, there is no way to switch to composite for a vcr hookup/playback.  Is that true, or am I just not finding it?
Also, does anyone know if the WinTV Theatre tv tuner card works with Media Jukebox 8?

Select TV on the tree.  Then do Add as if you were adding a channel.

What you want should be Input Source.

I don't know about the card you mention, but all Hauppauge cards I've tried will work.

Yes WinTV Theatre is Hauppauge, but I noticed that the new PVR won't work so I wanted to make sure since I plan on junking this ATI card real soon.
I would like to also add since ATI has some real problems with WinXP, if it weren't for finding Media Jukebox, I would not be able to use the tv tuner card at all.   ATI's program does nothing but freeze.  After numerous emails to them going unanswered, it's time for Hauppauge which I've heard is better anyway.

And thank you much, my vcr is now working :).  I initially entered the channel number as 3 under input which was the boo boo.

I'm a happy camper :)
