Changed email for license, now only MJ8 license shows...

I recently changed my email address on the license page as I don't have access to the address I originally used when I purchased MJ8 and MC10. When the confirmation email arrived at the new address, it only listed an MJ8 license. I bought an upgrade MC10 license in early 2004 or very late 2003 and even restored my MJ10 several times earlier in 2004. But since the last restore, I lost access to that email account and thus had to change it. I tried emailing music @jriver.com (without the space) and I got the error below when my server tried to send the mail. AFAIK, this is a filter put on JRiver's end to that specific account (i.e. music). My email server is not listed in any spam blacklists, although my ISP (Comcast) has many IPs that it serves listed in blacklists. What do I do to get my rightful MC10 registration information sent to my new email address?
