Unable to upgrade

I am using a 9.1 registered license and downloaded version 10.  After installation, it stated that my 30 day trial had expired.  I clicked the buy now button and could not connect with the IE browser.
I uninstalled version 10 and now I can't go back to 9.1.

Now I'm left with nothing  :'(

Any suggestions??

Reinstall 9.1, reinstall your license, and then purchase again...
