Hi

I bought a Rio Karma digital player and want to use MC as the library manager for the portable device, I would like to know if the syncronization could work from the device to my PC, as far as I know MC sync files from PC to the Player. I can't do the back process and have to use the Music Manager of Rio to copy files from the Karma to my PC

anyone can help me

Douglas,

The synchronization is set to sync files from PC to Device. If you want to copy files from the device to your PC, try right clicking on the files when viewing the files on the device from within MC and see if you see an option for 'Download to PC'. If you do not see this option, we do not support this feature for Karma at this time.

Bidirectional synching? Possibly.

Yes, bidirectional sync would be a nice feature.
