No way to monitor ripped track encoding after disk is ejected
« on: January 15, 2005, 04:22:57 pm »

If you are not ripping and encoding at the same time, occasionally a bunch of encodes will queue up and the queue only begins to drain when ripping is done.  After ripping, the disc is ejected, but encoding continues.  At this point though you cannot click "Show list" to see the encode queue because MC thinks there is "no disc" (which there is not, sort of).

The only clue that encoding is still happening is CPU utilization and occasional tag saving messages in the status bar.

Work-around of course is not to choose [ ] eject discs after ripping but this still seems like a minor issue.
