License restore
« on: January 15, 2005, 06:33:10 pm »

Have formated my HD, reloded media centre 10. When I type my registration code and click restore I get "Error We could not find that license. "

I have the original email in front of me and it says it is for media centre 10. It is from Buy-button@jriver.com. I payed direct to jriver online.

There is an attachment on the email media Centre 10-47728.mjr which says --begin liscence-- "a whole lot of apperantly random text ;)  --end licence--

Running win XP

Your e-mail program is including the attachment in-line as text in the message.  Try the e-mail program or provider's instructions on how to save it as an attachment.
