Help on Media Center 10

I purchased Media Center 10 on 7/26/04.  I have been using it fine since then. Yesterday when I turned it on, I received a message saying that my 30 day trial period has ended?  I used the restore button, went to that page, put in my correct registration code, and was told I was not listed.  I checked my email address and it was correct.  I have used alot of restores up and cannot get my MC 10 back.  What should I do?

Hi J:
I tried again to restore my license and got the message "we could not find that license".  I am losing my restores....what should I do?

Hi Maik,

I'm pretty sure you're not using your restores, you'll get an e-mail each time you use one.

You might be entering the wrong code. Use copy-and-paste to enter it. If it still comes up wrong, use the restore page to have your restore code mailed to you.

I had you email me my registration code and pasted that into the restore page and it worked.  The registration code I saved is the same, however, when I typed it in it did not work.  I made sure it was exactly the same. 
You sent me a code for Media Jukebox 8 also.  Do I need this?  Also, what is the install key?  Is the install key the same as the registration code?

Thanks again I am up and running and hopefully this won't happen again!!
