Here's what I'm getting at.  I rip my CDs into WAV or APE, then MP3 and keep both formats.  I prefer to listen to WAV or APE on my home stereo and use the MP3 for portable use or in the car.

I've created a few playlists of about 100 songs (MP3) for the car.  It would be nice to have the same playlist in WAV/APE without having to pick the songs one by one again.

If there was a way that you could select an existing playlist, then choose an option to search for the same songs (match Title) in a different format, and keep the order the same, that would be great.

Perhaps it can be done now without too many steps, but my attempts to create an m3u and replace the extension won't work because of different paths.  Any ideas to avoid the song by song selection process?
