browsers cause 'missing dot.gif file'
« on: February 02, 2005, 09:44:33 am »

and tell me to update the Media Center Library.

I am a registered user of Media Center 10 running on Windows XP Pro.  I have updated the Media Center Library files many times with no help.  I tried to paste a screen shot of the error window here but could not.  I tried to find a way to email the picture to JRiver support and get redirected here.

Here is the error window title: Please Update Media Center Library

Here is the missing file text: File Name heading "dot.gif"
Path Heading: imp;v1;f;3682568;0-0;0;10767248;1|1;8790972|88088868|1;;cs=q?http:\\m.doubleclick.net\

And below this window is text: Library Path:  C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center\Data\

And then an "OK" button to close the error window.

(yes, a screen shot would be nice right about now, huh?)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Media Center with no help.

Thanks for any ideas.  I get this every browsing session.
