I dislike my toolbar icons to be devoid of color so I always change the color value of  the toolbar InactiveBlend to "ffffff".  That works fine until I add color effects to the skin, which results in the color being washed out of the toolbar icons. 



There are no skins which are exempt from this problem.  Is there any way around this?

If the above paragraph makes absolutely no sense, it's because I'm on extra strength pain meds for an absessed root canal and I barely know my own name.
