Keyboard Shortcuts for the Volume Control
« on: October 22, 2002, 02:15:02 pm »

Hello,

I'm a new user to Media Jukebox and I have a particular need to use the Keyboard Shortcuts. Namely the Volume Control shortcuts; Control ++ and Control -- do not work. All the other Keyboard commands appear to work fine.

Am I missing something really basic or is this a bug ?

Thanks ?

Could be the other + and - keys?

Are you one of the Beagle Boys?

Pesky tiny keys on my laptop. Yes, the "other" + - keys utilizing the function op on the the laptop in conjunction with the control function, the volume control from the keyboard now works...gees.

My MJ setup is for accessing my library of MP3's (about 19,000 titles and growing ;D ) remotely from my host PC across my wired home ethernet network and this is all accessed through my laptop connected to my Audio System through a MidiMan Sonica 24bit/96khz optical output. I use a Keyspan IR Keyboard Mapper device to remotely control the entire thing. Hence my need for getting those Keyboard shortcuts to work.

Me forgot about those stupid sub-keys on the laptop.

I think MJ is the best product out there for all its advanced file management functions. Especially those of us with large MP3 collections.

Thanks for your help.

What do you mean the "Beagle Boys"...?

Cheers

If you can find a bug, we'll try to fix it.

They were known by their numbers.
