Need HTML Help with Track Info display

I have TRACKINFO_INSERT_IMAGE placed into a table cell.  The size of the picture varies which causes the cell to change size as well. This casues the other cells to change in size as well which is bad.  I have the table dimensions set and yet the image overwrites this.  Is there anyway to prevent this.  I know I can control the size of the image from within the image tag however that blowes up small images which looks bad so I want to be able to have the table cell control the size of the image.

Is this possible?
