Built-In Playlist Causes Crash After File Removed (MC 11)
« on: February 25, 2005, 08:44:58 pm »

This one is repeatable.  There is a built-in playlist for 4/5 star rating items.

A while back, I had tagged an album as 4 star.  Since then, it has been moved from the file system to another place.  It no longer exists where MC thinks it exists.  When I click on the playlist, MC correctly realizes the files are gone, and shows a "deleted" icon next to the file names.  If I select these "deleted" files and right-click->delete->delete from media library, the program crashes every time.

Tag info on one of these files is: K:\Electronic\Uusitalo\Vapaa Muurari Live\Uusitalo - 07 - Social Selection.mp3

Should be repeatable, by simply tagging a song 4/5 star.  Checking the 4/5 star playlist to see that it shows up.  Deleting file from filesystem -- then trying to delete the file from the 4/5 star playlist.

Please update MC before reporting a problem.

If you think you've found a bug, please report it in the thread for the build.

Thanks.

Jim -- my fault.  Didn't know the protocol.  Will do so.
