Hi, This may just be a usage scenario problem, but here goes. I am trying to bring in CD-R MP3 data into MC 11. The proces I use is as follows:
1) Using Windows Explorer, copy the CD-R to K:\INCOMING directory
2) Open MC 11..clear Playing Now
3) Drag K:\INCOMING dirs into Playing Now
4) Re-Tag, if necessary
5) Select all files
6) Choose Library Tools -> Rename File Using File Properties
Details:
Check: Directories
Base Path: K:\MP3
Rule: [Artist][Album]
Check: Use 'Assorted for [Artist] on multi-artist albums
Check: Filename
Rule: [Artist] - [Track #] - [Name]
Click OK
MC 11 renames the files and moves them. However, if I try to scan the library for those files, they don't exist. They have not been imported into the library.
I would expect those files to show up in the library. Media Center Registered 11.0.199 -- F:\Program Files\J River\Media Center 11\
