Ipod syncing problem

hey guys/gals  im kinda new to this but i have a problem when i go to sync my playlists or anything liek that in syncing MC crashes   i dont know why iv tried reinstalling but nothing seems to be working

What version are you using?  Copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here.
