I was unable to get the installer for any version of MC to run. I thought for certain it was Nod32’s Nod32krn.exe because I couldn’t kill the process in Taskmgr unless I used selective startup and unchecked everything. I was wrong the program that was blocking it for some reason is Tablet.exe part of the Wacom tablet driver.
