I would like to have a right click option that is: "Play this album"

Why?
For instace; When I don't know exactly what to listen to I pick one of my random playlists (random tracks in different genres etc).
Then I quickly scroll down the first suggested songs to see if I get any idea of what I feel like listening to.
Then I, for instance see a song by Phish.
I genrerally prefere listening to a complete album rather than individual tracks,  so I right-click "Locate,  album"
Then I select all songs from that album, and right click the selection and select "play" from the object menu.

It would be easier just to right-click on a song and select "Play this album".

That is sort of already there.

Right-click on track and then choose Locate->Album.

With this and also setting your double-click behavior (in Options-->General) to "Replace Playing Now (all)," you have what you are looking for them to add.

I use NetRemote as my front end to MC and this allows me to configure it to do pretty much anything I want. 

What you describe is exactly what I do too so I have one button in my NetRemote interface that will display the tracks on the album for the currently playing song and one further button that will play all the songs from that album.  I could easily change it so it was one single button that would play the album of the currently playing track.  That's how powerful NetRemote and MC are when used together.

When I don't know what album to play I use a random view scheme that randomly picks 2 songs from 10 different albums (i.e. 20 tracks) so I scan through them until I find one I want to listen to.

I have further buttons in NR that will do the following with one click:
- Show all tracks from the currently playing artist
- Show all tracks from the currently playing artist rated 3 or more
- Show a list of all albums by the currently playing artist

If you are not an NR user you should be jealous!

Thank you for your tips. I understand that there are different ways to solve my problem already today (I do have NR but I only use it on my Pocket PC as a remote control, and not when I'm standing in front of the MC main computer)

I could use the "replace playing now" feature, but that would still requre one more click than what I think would be nessessary.

However, yet another reason for my request is this (I wish I was native english speaking so that it would be easier to explain....)

When I have my random list of prox. 50 tracks in the current view, I want to play the full album of one of the tracks in that list, but I may also want to play the full album of another track in that list. If I use "Locate->Album" my list of 50 ranom tracks is replaced by that album. Then I have to "go back" or generate a new random list to add albums to be played on my "playing now". Sure, this can be done and I now know how to, but there is a lot of click there.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I think my "play this album" or preferably "Add album to Playing Now" feature would be the optimal solution to my problem, and I don't think it's a difficult thing to implement in MC.

The Locate -> Album function would be really useful addition when in Theater View (hint hint!), this is the mode my lounge system stays in, and I've often had a track playing or selected and wanted to play the whole album.

True, but the only way to find out if a request is of commons interest, or only your individual favorite, is by posting here.

I have several other features that I personally would like, but I'm sure that those are only personal thing that only I would like, and therefore I don't post those at all. I think this request is more that just my individual favorite. The resaon for this is that several other posts in this forum concerns playing full albums.
