As recommened on the TiVo vboard, I'm trying JRiver MC 11.  I have almost all my songs stored as non-protected ACC files (.m4a)  All my songs play on my PC using the JRiver MC.

But, I can't play any songs stored as .m4a files on the TiVo.  The music info on TiVo shows up but when I select play it just skips to the next song, and the next and the next ...  .MP3 files will play fine.

The error on the TiVo server log is something like,

Sharing file (with conversion)  C:\...(location of music file)
Sharing file not found.
Sharing file (with conversion)  C:\...(location of another music file)
Sharing file not found.
Sharing file (with conversion)  C:\...(location of antoher music file)
Sharing file not found.
(keeps repeating)
  (I am typing this out at work where my system isn't)

I've verified that the files do exist.

MP3 conversion is set to as needed.

Seached around this forum but can't find the answer.

Other things I've tried:
Restared both the PC and TiVo.
Stopping the TiVo desktop server/service.
Enabling HMO
This forum.

I also get that "bad URL" error (as discussed elsewhere) all the time.

Lastest JRiver MC (as of 8/22/05)
TiVo model 540 ver 7.1b
Windows XP home

I updated my system with the newer version 11.0.275 posted today (5/23/05).  TiVo access is smoother with this version but I still have the same basic problem.
Oh, the TiVo Desktop is 2.1
